Mrs. Dawood was born in Herat, Afghanistan. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Evaluation and Research at The University of South Carolina and working as Graduate Assistant at the Child Development Research Center. As a civil activist and leader Mrs. Dawood is one of the founders of MSO in Herat, Afghanistan. She graduated from the Educational University of Herat from the Department of Mathematics in 2010; she has taught for over ten years in Tajrobawi Girls’ High School. (2020-2021) Ruhina Dawood attained her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Don Bosco University, Guwahati, India. (2017-2019). She has a diploma from the English Program for Internationals from the University of South Carolina and a diploma in the Russian language from Saint Petersburg Harmony School, Russia. Mrs. Dawood has excellent leadership, management, problem solving, and teaching skills in elementary, high school, graduate and undergraduate education.
