The Fifth Round Management and Leadership Workshop:
By 7th January-14th January 2020, 28 administrators (8 males and 20 females) raised their skills in Management and Leadership Workshop. In that workshop, 28 administrators have participated. Mr. Thomas James Vas was the master trainer and Mr. Farhad Sharifi and Mr. Mahdi Rasekh were translators who have facilitated the proses of presentation. On the first day of the workshop Child Protection was the subject of the presentation. Proposal Writing was another subject which was presented in the second and third days of the workshop which was admired by the audience. During the fourth and fifth days of the program, the School Auditwas presented by presenters. This subject really helped the participants to compare between Afghanistan’s schools and education administrations in other countries, especially in India. Participants also understood the similarities and differences between teaching methods, auditing methods, logistic standards, and methods of raising the quality of educational administrators.
