The Fifth Round Management and Leadership Workshop:

By 7th January-14th January 2020, 28 administrators (8 males and 20 females) raised their skills in Management and Leadership Workshop. In that workshop, 28 administrators have participated. Mr. Thomas James Vas was the master trainer and Mr. Farhad Sharifi and Mr. Mahdi Rasekh were translators who have facilitated the proses of presentation.  On the first day of the workshop Child Protection was the subject of the presentation.  Proposal Writing was another subject which was presented in the second and third days of the workshop which was admired by the audience. During the fourth and fifth days of the programthe School Auditwas presented by presenters. This subject really helped the participants to compare between Afghanistan’s schools and education administrations in other countries, especially in India. Participants also understood the similarities and differences between teaching methods, auditing methods, logistic standards, and methods of raising the quality of educational administrators.

According to the requests of Advocacy and Research Committees’ members, on November 30, 2019, Herat Female Managers Network held the fourth round Management and Leadership Workshop for 32 female managers who were the members of those committees. The first presenter was Mr. Wasi Saidi the head of WASA Organization. He had a presentation by the title of “Ways and Skills of Advocacy”  Then Mrs. Sakina Hosaini a Civil Councilor of Herat Province started speaking. In order to motivate the women, she narrated the story of her life and shared the experiences of her success with them. Her speeches were impressionable for audiences. The second section of the workshop started with a presentation by the title of “Scientific skills of Research” by Mr. Hamed Wahidi the University Teacher of Sociology faculty. The program finished at 3:00 P.M.

The Third Round Management and Leadership Workshop:

To greet from 25th of November, The International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, Herat Female Managers’ Network hold a workshop about “Prohibition of Violence against Women and Children”, “The Law of Access to Information” and “Kinds of Violence at Girls Schools”  On November 21, 2019. This program was hold for 29 female principals of girls’ schools from city and Enjil district. The workshop presenters were Miss. Farishta Yaqubi, Civil Activist, and Mr. Hamid Reza Zaher the Civil Activist and the founder of SOACS.

The Second Round Management and Leadership Workshop:

On November 13, 2019 Herat Female Managers Network held the second round Management and Leadership Workshop for 41 female headmasters from local schools of Enjil District. Anila Barakzai, a member of MSO stated a presentation by the title of “The Roles and Duties of Headmasters at School”. Then, the second presenter   Mrs. Zhala Hakkak the deputy director of MSO had a presentation about “Self-confidence”.  In the afternoon, Mrs. Roma Omid the executive director of MSO had a presentation about “Skills of Leadership”.

During the program Mrs. Faeqa Alizada the Herat Mostofi (state accountant) who is the head of Capacity Building Committee of HFM Network came and declared useful and motivational words for audience.

The first round Management and Leadership Workshop was held for 25 female managers who were invited from different local schools of city and Injil, Gozara and Karukh districts. Mr. Homayoon Popal a member of MSO was the first presenter of program who started his presentation by the title of “Critical Thinking”. Then Mss. Hajar Moradi another member of MSO presented a presentation by the title of “Crisis Management”. At 1:30 Pm Mr. Ruhollah Azhad the Herat Head of Education who voluntarily requested to have a presentation about “Women in Leadership” started to present
