Capacity Building Committee of HFM Network:

The Capacity Building Committee of HFM Network is consisted for the purpose of building up the working and professional capacity of the female managers who are interested to raise their capacities in the field of management and leadership to have more skilled female administrators in future who compete for top management position by implementing capacity building programs that are based on researches and need assessments.

This committee is consist of about 40 members. Mrs. Faeqa Alizada the Herat Mostofi (state accountant) is the chairwoman of this committee, Mrs. Fazila Hamidi the principal of a governmental school is the deputy director and Miss Jamila Ahrari the member of MSO is secretary of the committee.

Committee’s Activities:

During the one year Network activities, this committee planned and conduct six round management and leadership workshops with the support of MSO. More than 120 managers from different organs got benefit of the workshops and admired the committee’s activities.
